All X&Z pieces are made to order.
Once your order is placed, please allow 10–15 business days for creation.
Each piece is thoughtfully prepared and inspected before shipment.
As soon as your order is complete, it will be shipped immediately.

2. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because all X&Z pieces are custom-made or specially selected,
we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, sizing preference, or personal taste.
However, if your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or quality issue,
we will gladly offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund, depending on your preference
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery,
and include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you promptly.
3. REFUNDS
Refunds are issued only in cases of confirmed quality or craftsmanship issues.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once production has begun, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
If you need to make changes, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to assist.
5. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes,
which are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.
